SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 - 5 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

** Due to high order volume during the Holidays, there may be carrier shipping delays and these are, unfortunately, out of our control.  Please place your orders with enough time to ensure delivery for gifting. Gentlesoft is doing everything in its power to ensure the fastest delivery possible, we appreciate your understanding.**

*Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable.*

When will I get my shipment?

We are located in Florida. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email that will include a tracking number for your order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates.

Customers have a list of shipping options to choose from and shipping costs and fees are calculated based on location. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Address

It is our responsibility to ship your accepted order to you at the address you provide when placing your order. Ensure that you provide the correct address before submitting your order. Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. 

International Shipping

International Shipments are subject to customs clearing procedures, which may cause delays in overall shipping time.  

Orders not made within the United States may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, and other fees, which will be the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery.

If the order is undeliverable or the customer refuses delivery, the customer will take charge of all duties, taxes, and shipping costs.

International Returns are not eligible for free returns, exchanges, shipping costs, taxes, or duty refunds. 

Changes to Our Shipping Policy

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to this policy or other terms means you accept the changes

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Items eligible for return with us must have been purchased directly on gentlesoftinc.com. We are unable to receive returns or process exchanges on Gentlesoft products purchased from other retail partners. Please contact the respective retailer’s customer service team directly for information on their return policy.

Refunds 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We advise that you use a trackable method such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and to access and provide the shipment tracking once available. 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@gentlesoftinc.com

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
